Article I - Acceptance of the Terms of Use

By accessing Encyclopedia Polandballae, you agree to comply with the platform's Terms of Use and accept responsibility for compliance with applicable local regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. You also accept the sovereignty of the Encyclopaedia Polandballae Board of Directors, as it is the sole governing body with the final say on decisions regarding the wiki farm.

Article II - User Account and Registration

Anyone with an officially registered account on the Encyclopaedia Polandballae platform will be recognized as a "user" with a unique identity (i.e., a real person behind a screen). The account creator is responsible for their actions on the platform. No account name may use derogatory words or words that could threaten the integrity of the account holder or other users.

Article III - User Freedoms

Every user within Encyclopaedia Polandballae has the freedom to edit and contribute to any wiki they choose. However, it is the user's responsibility to abide by the local rules of each wiki and to be accountable for their actions in all areas covered by the wiki. Local administrators must guarantee the user's full freedom; access to the wiki may only be denied if the user is sanctioned for violating a rule. The user accepts the established consequences of not complying with global and local rules.

Article IV - Managing Multiple Accounts

Multiple accounts are permitted provided the user publicly lists all accounts belonging to them on their primary account profile. Any violation of this rule on any of the listed accounts will result in penalties on all accounts used. Failure to disclose the use of multiple accounts will result in a permanent ban from the platform, with the right to appeal within one year of the ban. Repeat offenses after a ban will result in the loss of the right to appeal for up to five years.

Article V - Sanctions

Sanctions are the set of warnings and restrictive actions a user may receive for failing to comply with the global and local constitutions. A user will only receive a sanction if they violate the personal, social, or organizational integrity of the wiki, according to the guidelines established by the respective wiki. Local sanctions only affect the wiki where the infraction occurs, without restricting participation in the rest of our network. Global sanctions are applied if any of the amendments to the Encyclopaedia Polandballae Constitution are violated, denying the user permanent editing rights across our entire network. While not mandatory, it is acceptable for each encyclopedia in our network to agree with another wiki in our network to accept "joint sanctions," where a single sanction can be applied to any of the other wikis.

Article VI - Age Policy

By accessing and using our services, the user agrees to be 13 years of age or older. Access is granted to users who are at least 240 days (6 months) away from reaching the minimum age. Users under this age or exceeding the grace period are not permitted. Requests from third parties, parents, or legal guardians to allow minors to participate will not be accepted and will be declined. The encyclopedias adhere to the Age Policy Protocol.

Article VII - Identity Management

By joining our network, you create a recognized identity. If you experience problems with your account that could compromise your identity and, consequently, your image and integrity, you should contact local or global administration so that staff can take the necessary measures, including updating your profiles, banning compromised accounts, notifying you of account sharing with another person, suspending your account, or creating a new client to ban the previous one.

Article VIII - User Identity Privileges

Upon joining, users receive a series of privileges that facilitate the personal and public expression of their identity and personality to other participants. These privileges include a personal profile on each wiki where the user edits, which the user can freely edit and is authorized to do so only by the user. Editing another user's profile without their prior authorization, excluding administrators for security purposes, is prohibited. Profiles must also comply with local and global rules without exception.
