The Company maintains a wikifarm. These Terms of Use apply to all our websites, mobile applications, and other products (collectively referred to as "Services") under the "polandball.wiki" web domain and its subdomains. By accessing or using our Services, you indicate that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use (the "Agreement"). We reserve the right to modify, delete, or add portions of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. This Agreement applies to any person who uses our Services, whether registered or not.

Licenses[edit source]
By using, editing, or modifying our content, you agree to the https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ and Creative Commons CC BY-SA 4.0 licenses, as specified in each encyclopedia's licensing policies. As a primary objective of wikis, all contributing users agree to grant the general public permission to freely redistribute and reuse their contributions, subject to the terms of each wiki's specific license. If you upload files to our wikis, you must cite the source, attribute the authorship, and provide copyright information, where applicable. Each wiki may expand upon and specify the requirements for attributing audiovisual or multimedia content.
For third parties, attribution of contributors' work to each wiki must be provided via a hyperlink (when possible) to the original source (article, image, etc.) of the content on our services. If this is not possible, credit must be given by mentioning the author, article, or wiki using a responsible voice, image, or text format. Wiki contributors accept attribution of their work using these formats.

The following actions are expressly prohibited:

- Publishing, disseminating, or promoting pornographic, obscene, offensive, or illegal content, or content that harms the integrity of individuals, as well as content containing homophobia, discrimination against ethnic or religious groups, or that incites criminal activity. #Content that, due to the informational nature of this wiki, refers to these types of groups or content is expressly dedicated to informational purposes only, in the past tense, and any modern promotion of contributors, readers, or staff to actively or passively become involved in these types of groups is strictly prohibited.
- Requesting general personal information from any user under 18 years of age; company personnel may expressly request your age but not legal or personal information that could compromise your integrity.

Wikis Creation Policy[edit source]
The company supports the MediaWiki format, thus providing space for wiki creation. By choosing to create or migrate your wiki to our wiki platform, you agree to the following:
- Free content, free editing.
- Wikis on the following topics are accepted: countryballs (or ballverse), countryhumans, mapping, geopolitics or community ball users projects.
- Private wikis are not accepted, even if they cover the topics listed above.
- "User" or "custom" wikis—that is, wikis that focus exclusively on a single individual (an artist, a YouTuber, etc., even if related to balls or related topics)—will not be accepted.
- Duplicate wikis of existing wikis, both within and outside of Encyclopaedia Polandballae, will not be accepted.
- The URL will always be [NAME].polandball.wiki. We will not purchase additional domains at the request of users.
- If you already own a domain, you can request its addition. We do not offer funding and are not responsible for any expenses related to your domain.
- By creating a wiki, you agree that it will become part of Encyclopaedia Polandballae. This means that if you leave the project, the company may transfer ownership to any user interested in continuing to contribute to and manage it. Wikis with administrators that have been inactive for a month can be adopted if there is a user who maintains consistent editing.
- To request the opening, adoption, or transfer of a wiki, please contact Taxcymus.
- No one is obligated to use Encyclopaedia Polandballae. Everyone is free to remain in the repository or create a fork if they wish. Backups are not provided; all are maintained by Encyclopaedia Polandballae. If you wish to create a fork, you must do so on your own.
- If your wiki creates a fork of the project, the information will not be deleted until one to three months later.
- Wikis may be closed if: they are merged with an existing wiki in Encyclopaedia Polandballae; or if: the wiki poses a threat to the integrity of the wikifarm; or if: the wiki is very inactive and neglected and does not represent much value.
Copyright policy[edit source]
The company will revoke permission or access to our services for users who infringe copyright, depending on the severity of the infraction. If you own copyrighted content on our service or are authorized to act on your behalf, you can request its removal by contacting us [contact method].
If you wish to import text you found elsewhere or co-authored with others, you may only do so if it is available under terms compatible with the wiki's license. You must not add to the wiki any work for which you do not own the copyright or that is not available under this license. If you import text under a compatible license that requires attribution, you must reasonably credit the author(s). If this credit is usually given through page history (such as when copying within the wiki), it is sufficient to provide attribution in the edit summary, which is recorded in the page history, when you import the text.
This clause is addressed to artists: please note that the company hosts informational communities for artists; therefore, copyright and intellectual property laws will only apply to content registered within the United Mexican States and, consequently, to the corresponding authorities of that country. If you previously uploaded audiovisual or multimedia content to our services and registered it subsequently, you must indicate in the registration that you previously used said material. If you wish to have your content attributed to you, please contact the local administration. The company is not responsible for agreements between communities to publish and distribute content from various authors within its services.
Termination of service[edit source]
The company may terminate your use of our services if you violate one or more of our Terms of Use or if you pose a threat to the service or our staffs, with or without prior notice. If you believe there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
