Constitution

The Constitution of Encyclopaedia Polandballae is defined as the terms of use within the wikifarm "Encyclopaedia Polandballae". This document is a set of global guidelines and guidelines to follow when using the services of the wikifarm and any other official or official status extensions it may receive. Ignorance of them does not exempt you from compliance regardless of their status.

Terms of use

• Encyclopaedia Polandballae is an independent, non-profit wikifarm founded by the user under the name "Taxcymus". Only this user has the right to attend all global guidelines.
• Encyclopaedia Polandballae is made up of Taxcymus and associates appointed by said user. Together with its work team (board, staff or committees), Encyclopaedia Polandballae reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove parts of this agreement at any time and without prior notice.
• Encyclopaedia Polandballae consults with the community beforehand on new guidelines to be published, however, no legal, financial or government or public policy issues are up for discussion.
• Encyclopaedia Polandballae is not associated with any interwiki platform (Fandom - Wikia Inc., Miraheze LLD, Wiki.gg, among others).
• Encyclopaedia Polandballae will not provide financial benefits or global permissions to users for contributing.
• Encyclopaedia Polandballae does not support its users by formal or legal contracts. All users who contribute do so at their own will and may withdraw at any time with or without notice, except for those in technical positions, who must report directly to Taxcymus and grant the appropriate permissions to Taxcymus or a designated person to continue managing technical support.
• Encyclopaedia Polandballae is not responsible for acts committed by other users "on its behalf", therefore it may reject its relationship with any user who is not related to the wikifarm. Likewise, all formal acts will be announced to the community
• Encyclopaedia Polandballae recognizes the English and Spanish languages ​​for its official documents.
• Encyclopaedia Polandballae's official documents are only submitted by the leader Taxcymus and other designees.
• Encyclopaedia Polandballae is licensed under the Creative Commons CC BY-SA 4.0 license. Any other license to be recognized must be requested from the board for approval.

Wiki Creation Policy

• All content to be posted is free.
• Every user can edit. There will be no restrictions unless defined for security or support reasons, with prior approval from the board.
• Only wikis about: countryballs, balls (in general), mapping or geopolitics (with balls) will be accepted.
• Private wikis will not be accepted. All wikis must be public.
• "User" or "custom" wikis will not be accepted, i.e. wikis that talk exclusively about one personality (an artist, a youtuber, etc. even if related to balls).
• Duplicate wikis of existing wikis both inside and outside Encyclopaedia Polandballae will not be accepted.
• Spam, vandalism, chatting, image-only or commercial wikis will not be accepted even if related to balls.
• The URL will always be [NAME].polandball.wiki. We will not buy other domains at the request of users.
• If you already have a custom domain, you can request to have it added. We will not provide financing for your domain and it is your responsibility to keep it current with your expenses.
• By creating a wiki, you agree that it will be part of Encyclopaedia Polandballae. This means that if you leave the project, the board can give it up for adoption to any user interested in continuing to contribute and manage it.
• Wikis with administrators who have been inactive for a month may be adopted if there is a user who maintains constant editing.
• To request to open, adopt or move a wiki, please contact Taxcymus.
• No one is forced to use Encyclopaedia Polandballae. Everyone is free to stay or leave if they wish. We do not provide backups, all of these are maintained by Encyclopaedia Polandballae. If you wish to leave, you will have to do so at your own expense.
• If your wiki leaves the project, the information will not be deleted until one to three months later.
• Wikis may be closed if: they are merged with an existing wiki in Encyclopaedia Polandballae or if: this wiki represents a danger to the integrity of the wikifarm.

Wiki Content Policy

• All ball content is allowed, although it is up to each wiki and the wikifarm to decide whether to allow it or not.
• Promotion of political parties is not allowed within wikis.
• Violence or discrimination based on sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race, ideology, religion, nationality or other option is not allowed within the wiki.
• Contenct about sex, fetishes or pornography, explicit or not, are not allowed.
• Vandalism and spam are prohibited.
• Hosting viruses, phishing, piracy and trading illegal things including services are prohibited.
• Any content that may be harmful or threaten the integrity, health or well-being of users may be removed at any time; repeat offences may result in a blockage of the entire network.

Account Creation Policy

• You must be 13 years old to participate in Encyclopaedia Polandballae.
• Minors will be blocked until they reach the required age.
• Protect your account! We are not responsible for the use of your account by third parties and you will receive the same attention or warnings.
• Multiple accounts are not allowed. If you have forgotten your password or want to change your name, it is important to indicate which is your primary account so that it will be blocked globally.
• Certain communities define their minimum ages depending on the regions of the world in which they operate. The only condition is that wikis do not allow anyone under 13 years of age to edit.

Conduct Guidelines

• Follow the rules of netiquette. Please understand that you are on the Internet.
• Avoid rude gestures and mockery towards other users.
• Do not publicly disclose or request private information without the user's consent. Be careful with the information you share, Encyclopaedia Polandballae will not be responsible for any damages.
• Remember that all information you post and delete remains in the records and is considered public information, therefore, Encyclopaedia Polandballae will not be responsible for the use of this information.
• Topics/links/profiles related to pornography, extremism, xenophobia, suicide, gore, drugs, hacking, malware, black market or harm in general are prohibited.
• Uploading screamers, optical illusions or multimedia that causes damage to the eyes is not permitted.
• Don't be toxic! Fighting, harassment, racism, homophobia, greasy attitudes, discrimination, sexism or trolling other users will not be tolerated. Don't bring problems from other sites! Avoid imperatively silencing others. Don't give in to other people's provocations, if it happens, notify your local administration. If the problematic user persists in several communities, notify the staff or Taxcymus.
• Spamming, flooding, emoji chains or junk messages are not allowed. A global ban is not given if it does not persist in more than one community.
